The university policy on Preventing and Addressing Sexual Misconduct is intended to promote an environment at Temple University that is free of sexual assaults, domestic violence, dating violence, stalking, and sexual exploitation as well as one that is consistent with other constitutional protections and personal freedoms.
This policy also reflects the university’s commitment to educate, counsel and train all of the members of the university community about the nature of sexual harassment, its impact on individuals and the university community as a whole, and the steps necessary to combat it.
