ILC, hosted by Student Activities in partnership with IDEAL and Campus Philly, empowers individuals to embrace authenticity, value diversity, and challenge societal norms.

Join us for ILC, the largest collegiate conference in Greater Philadelphia, on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at the Howard Gittis Student Center.

Below are a few logistics to assist you in preparing for your visit to this year's Inclusive Leadership Conference on Saturday, February 8, 2025 at 9:00 am-3:00 pm. 

ILC Location and Directions

The conference is being held at Temple University's Howard Gittis Student Center located at 1755 N. 13th Street

  • The entrance for check-in is located on the corner of 13th and Monthgomery
  • If taking the Broad Street Line, exit at the Cecil B Moore stop to walk down to 13th street
  • If taking the Regional Rail, exit at the Temple University station
Conference Check-in

Please plan to arrive by 9:00 am to ensure you have enough time for check-in! We have over 250 attendees and we want to make sure we can begin on time. 

Once onsite, please use the North Side doors to enter the building, located near the end of North 13th Street near Montgomery Avenue. You will be greeted by our ILC Staff and directed to this year's Check-In which will be outside Room 217A! 

What to expect at ILC 2025

The Inclusive Leadership Conference allows students to learn about authenticity, belonging, leadership and diversity in so many ways! 

All Gender Restrooms

We have designated two restrooms as 'All Gender' near the check-in space out of 217A. The Howard Gittis Student Center will have also offer single stall and single gender restrooms.

Parking

We recommend that you park in the Temple Towers or Liacouras Center Garage parking lots if you are driving. Street parking will also be available. Temple University is accessible by SEPTA via the regional rail and the Broad Street Subway Line. 

Will there be food?

Absolutely! Attendees will receive breakfast to begin the day after Check-In. We will also be providing lunch during our Lunch and Network session.
