Our Student Leader Team

IDEAL actively seeks committed students to fill our Office Assistant position, and we also offer internships in specialized areas including gender and sexuality inclusion, student engagement, content writing, interfaith inclusion, graphic design, and social media.

The IDEAL student team supports our office in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion. Through their leadership roles, students spearhead initiatives that cultivate a culture of belonging throughout campus and beyond.
